Review: Mad Mattr

Absolutely love Mad Mattr. It is easy to shape and mold, doesn’t dry out no matter how long you leave it out and it’s not sticky. Mad Mattr is a billion times better than Play Dough. Never again will I get Play Dough, only Mad Mattr from here on out. Our daughter can easily manipulate the dough and has a blast using it for hours.

We got a play mat that came with molds from Amazon and all our Play Dough stuff works with the Mad Mattr. If it falls on the floor I can just pick it put or if it’s a small amount vacuuming it is an option. The only time it has gotten a bit hard was when our daughter stepped in a small amount with her shoes on and then went outside with the shoes. The Mad Mattr came off easily but since she had walked outside with it on the bottom of her shoes I tossed what I took off her shoes.

Review: Geoboards

A fun way to help kids get great hand-eye coordination isn’t with  Geoboards . I love that with these there are 4 boards included so you can use it with multiple students. The rubber bands are different colors and 2 different sizes. The pictures are fun, colorful and you get a bunch of them. My daughter really likes these. For some reason she thinks it’s so funny when the bands pop her. At first I just let her place the bands anywhere to get the idea of how to put them on. Then we started places them just on the white lines in the picture. She always wants to do more than one so I let her do as many pictures as she wants. I do wish there was a blanket picture so she could design her own things.
